Rules and Regulations

Rules and regulations are intended for the safety of the public, as well as our staff. Please read the rules and regulations below so that we can give you the best possible service at the best rate possible. You will find tips to help us keep the price at the lowest in the industry.

All trash must be out by 6:00 a.m.:
Trash collection begins at 6:00 a.m. This does not mean that your pick up will be 6:00 a.m. To avoid being missed, you can set your trash out the night before. Routes may change for a number of reasons which means route times may change, as well as route days. If your route day changes, we will contact you two weeks in advance.

Curb Side Pickup:
10 bag limit per week, approximately 35 gallon. Bags should not be heavier than 50 pounds. All trash must be bagged to prevent trash from blowing out of your can while being dumped. We are there to pick up your trash, not clean up loose trash that is not contained in bags.

Residential Trash:
This is trash that your household produces daily. It does NOT include: construction debris, furniture, appliances, tires, yard waste, dead animals, any material in liquid form, hazardous materials, or any item containing hazardous materials.
Most of the items above mentioned have a separate charge, or we may not take. Cal the office before trying to dispose of these items.

Invoices/Payments:
Our services are pre-paid. You will receive a bill one month prior to your next billing quarter. Billing quarter starts in February; you will receive your invoice in January for quarter February, March, and April.
Payment must be received before the start of billing quarter to avoid suspension or stoppage.
We realize our customers have unfortunate circumstances and situations beyond their control. If you are unable to pay your bill, to avoid suspension, call in to the office to make payment arrangements.
Failure to pay your bill does not cancel your service. You must call in to cancel service.

Refunds:
We realize our customers have circumstances and situations beyond their control, and we sympathize; however, we do not give refunds and will not prorate any part of a billing quarter.
